The editorial is divided into sections, each section is designated to a period from the jazz periods. After each section in the editorial, is a break-page with a quote from famous jazz artists from the period that the section was covering. The editorial was designed in a fun playful style, the visuals in each spread are placed in a colorful way since when you think of jazz it’s the first thing you think of. Also the style of ripped pages and collaged together to represent ripped out history pages and was put back together to emphasize the idea of how jazz was shaped.
